We deliver timetabled bus services in southern Tasmania to connect people to their community.
Our service does not compete with or duplicate existing public transport services.

Effective 1 December 2025
For passenger safety, a limit of two shopping bags or items per passenger per trip will apply. Items must fit safely on your lap and/or be stowed under the seat in front of you (where possible).

Halved Public Transport Fares from June 2024
Public transport fares in Tasmania were halved from Saturday 1 June 2024 as part of the State Government’s cost-of-living relief measures. The half-price discount for all passengers concluded on 30 June 2025. From 1 July 2025, the 2025–26 State Budget extended half-price fares for a further 12 months to 30 June 2026 for students and passengers travelling on regional routes. This affects the Area Connect Timetabled Services, and the timetables above reflect this reduction in fares for eligible passengers.
