Casual Driver – West Coast

The successful candidates will have passenger transportation experience and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  Applicants must have a full driver’s licence, be comfortable with the use of information technology and have access to a private computer.

These positions will support community transport services in on the West Coast transporting older people and people with disabilities living independently in the community.  Hours will vary and working days may not be regular. 

The position is classified at Level 3 of the Passenger Vehicle Transport Award 2010 with an hourly rate of $28.96.

Casual Driver – North East

The successful candidates will have passenger transportation experience and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  Applicants must possess a Light Rigid Driver’s Licence and preferably a Public Passenger Vehicle Ancillary Certificate.

These positions will support community transport services in the North East transporting older people and people with disabilities living independently in the community.  Hours will vary and working days may not be regular.  Good prospects exist for the right candidate for long term regular shifts on new schedules as services expands.

The position is classified at Level 3 of the Passenger Vehicle Transport Award 2010 with an hourly rate of $28.96.
